Mitsuru is a woodblock printmaker whose art includes more than ten pictures of flowers and (or) birds. Fourteen examples are shown below. Click on a picture to enlarge it. For most of these pictures (e.g., 1-11) Mitsuru drew his subject’s shape and colors accurately. For others (e.g., 12-14) he was more imaginative.
